The Savi Mobile Reader is a mobile, low profile, lightweight, battery operated interrogator/reader module that is used in conjunction with off-the-shelf Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) or a handheld computer for the purpose of commissioning, identifying and configuring Savi's EchoPoint? RFID tags. It's small form factor module attaches to the back of various off-the-shelf Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) or handheld computers, and includes a captive cable with a serial interface that connects to the serial port of the handheld computer or PDA.
