Important Instructions:
1. Terms of Price: Quotation should be submitted on FOR Sahibabad basis. Packing, forwarding & freight charges up to our factory premises at Sahibabad should be indicated separately, in case the quotation is on Ex-works basis. Failure to do so will entail the quotation to be treated as inclusive of all other charges.
2. Delivery: Best Firm Delivery Date should be given in your quotation. Delivery is required before 02/07/2011.
3. Payment terms: Our Standard payment terms are 30 days credit.
4. Validity of quotation: The quotation should be valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the due date of the enquiry.
5. Quotations shall be liable to be rejected if there is/are any deviation(s) from the specifications.
6. Escalation in price, deviation from delivery schedule, terms and conditions will not be permitted in your quotation. Statutory Taxes & Duties should be shown separately from the price.
7. Bidder should enclose copy of certificate of Registration in case of SSI Unit/micro/small/medium enterprise as & if applicable.
Please send quotation immediately so as to reach on or before 27/06/2011, 1400 Hrs as our requirement is very urgent.
