Hi Fatih,
We engineered a project just like this in 1992 for a major company and we have just designed another newer solution for one of our resellers.
We understand what you need for hardware, how the hardware should operate and ensure 100% read rates plus 100% accuracy.
The windshield tags can be destructible - when you try to take them off they break the RFId inlay.
For more information on this solution please contact me at SkyRFID.com
