| Regarding Falcon 5500 |

Hi,
We purchased falcon 5500 device. We are able to do all basic settings and scan the barcode and display the information on to the word pad as given in manual. but the problem is we could do that only for few times. After testing few bar codes for around 10-15 times, now we are not getting decoded information on word pad. we click on scan it is giving beep but data is not displaying in word pad.
Please suggest wat might be the problem. we are in urgent need of that.
Also we tried for RFID tags scanning. We could not scan the RFID tags to word pad. All the settings given in the manual are done but we couldn scan the tag. Please help out wat instructions to be followed in this situation.
Minimum how much time does the reader take to scan the RFID tag?
Kindly reply for the above queries.

Why dont you to read the specification, Please find enclosed link:

and also download the spcification sheet. Evrything is given in that.
