| Small RFID Pilot Project in the hospital |

Dear All,
in order to do my RFID research in the hospital in Indonesia, I have to do a small RFID pilot project.
I will take COT (Central Operating Theatre) as a pilot project domain.
I have some alternative small RFID Pilot Project that I would like to do:
1. “Assets Tracking with RFID in COT (Central Operating Theatres)”,
The pilot project will be only tagging for expensive-moveable equipments, which are used for 12 COT, so the assets manager could allocate for example the moveable OT-Table, OT-Bed, Anaesthetic Machine, OT Light, etc within the 12 COT (Installation of RFID-Reader will be max. in these 12 COT for this pilot project). Latter on, this system should be also able to detect who moves what in what location.
2. “In-Patient auto identification in COT (Central Operating Theatres)”,
This project will only include Patient, who will be operated in the hospital. They should be given a tag (transponder) from a central reception before he/she stays in the hospital. This transponder contains only his/her patient number. With this transponder, nurse or physician could track the patient and also the treatment record of the patient.
3. “COT (Central Operating Theatres) Personnel Identification for time attendance”.
This pilot project could support a remuneration project from HRD: to motivate hospital staff to work in the hospital. The system will automatically register the time spent of a staff in the COT through his/her ID-Card which equipped with RFID, without any action beside entering room, which equipped with RFID-reader.
I have following limitation:
1. I had only one month time to do installation and
evaluation.
2. I have limited budget (approx. 5000 euro)
I've already ask some vendors, but most of them provide the hardware only. I need an integrated stand alone solution, since I could depend on their current hospital information system (HIS).
Anyone can help me?
